How To Contact Jacquard Products About Silk Dyes and Resistad etc
Wondering how to contact Jacquard Products?
Sometimes when we use a product to paint on silk, we can’t work out how to solve an issue, so we might go to the internet, search for groups, and start posting questions all over the place.
Sure – this is ONE way to find a solution …
But I’ve found a better way.
I contact the company by finding their website and searching for links to “contact” them or “ask questions” and when I’m super lucky, I might also find a Support Forum of other users.
That’s what happened when I wanted to contact Jacquard Products a year or so ago.
Here is the link to the Jacquard Support Forum – sign up and post your questions, and also read questions already asked by others:
- Jacquard Forum – https://forum.jacquardproducts.com – choose from the Categories
- I found Resistad under “Resists” towards the bottom of the page
If you use Facebook, they have a page where they can also be contacted:
- Jacquard Products Facebook page >>
- click the Send Message button.
I hope this helps, if you have any other questions, please do let me know 🙂
