Great question Nirja!
I don’t normally paint on thick silk satin, because it is very “thirsty” and needs a LOT of dye. 🙂
It’s also difficult to outline designs using Gutta or outliners on thick silk.
Unfortunately I don’t know of any Gutta or outliner which requires only one application on one side of the thick silk.
The best Gutta I know of is Resistad (made by Jacquard) – you can find it here:

Perhaps you could also ask on some of the online silk painting Groups where you might find other silk artists who can provide an answer for you.

I haven’t used very thick silk, but I have created my own outliner and applied it silk in a thick line which easily penetrated each type of silk I used. Here is a photo to show the progress for a design:
