Thanks sooo much for making me a video email - my first on this website - woohoo!

Looks like your video cam was upside down, and the volume is very low, so I had trouble hearing it.

I'll send you a reply video, and we'll see if the volume on mine is ok - I'll set it to the highest setting.

Can you let me know if it is clear enough?
